How Vanward Global protects information connected with the OneRWA™ website and institutional inquiry process.

EFFECTIVE DATEAugust 20, 20261RWA.io / Vanward Global, LLC

This Policy is designed for the website's current limited data practices. An institutional engagement, diligence process, platform service, transaction, or offering may require additional privacy notices and contractual controls.

01

Scope and privacy controller

This Privacy Policy describes how Vanward Global, LLC ("Vanward Global," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the 1RWA.io website, OneRWA™ informational materials, and related website inquiries.

This Policy does not automatically apply to a third-party website, platform, blockchain, wallet, custodian, service provider, or linked product site, including www.RWAValuator.com, unless that service expressly adopts this Policy. Separate agreements and notices may govern an institutional engagement, diligence process, platform account, transaction, or offering.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact information: name, professional email address, telephone number, organization, title, and business contact details;
  • Professional and commercial information: institutional role, inquiry pathway, asset class, jurisdiction, project context, business interests, and engagement history;
  • Communications: the content of messages, attachments, meeting requests, correspondence, and information you choose to provide;
  • Diligence and compliance information: information provided in a later, separately controlled evaluation, including ownership, authority, beneficial ownership, eligibility, sanctions, source-of-funds, or transaction information where appropriate; and
  • Technical and usage information: internet protocol address, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and security or diagnostic events that may be processed by hosting and security infrastructure.

Please do not include government identification numbers, wallet credentials, private keys, health information, or other highly sensitive information in the public website inquiry form.

03

Sources of information

We collect information directly from you or your organization; automatically through hosting, security, and communications infrastructure; from advisers or counterparties you authorize; and, where relevant to an institutional inquiry, from lawful public, professional, corporate, sanctions, regulatory, or diligence sources.

04

Website inquiry notice

The website inquiry form operates locally in your browser and prepares a message in your default email application. The website does not transmit or store the form fields before you choose to send that email. If you send the message, Vanward Global receives the information through its email service and processes it as business correspondence.

We use inquiry information to respond, route the request, evaluate a potential engagement, schedule discussions, protect the parties and systems, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or contractual relationship.

05

Purposes and legal bases

We may process personal information to:

  • operate, secure, maintain, diagnose, and improve the website;
  • respond to inquiries and evaluate prospective institutional relationships;
  • conduct conflict, authority, eligibility, fraud, identity, AML/CFT, sanctions, legal, technical, or commercial review where appropriate;
  • prepare, administer, and enforce agreements and protect legal rights;
  • comply with law, regulation, court process, governmental requests, recordkeeping duties, and risk-management obligations; and
  • complete a corporate transaction or organizational restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as operating securely and evaluating institutional engagements, consent where specifically requested, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

06

How information may be disclosed

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • hosting, cybersecurity, email, communications, document, professional-advisory, diligence, and other service providers acting for us;
  • our affiliates, personnel, advisers, and authorized representatives with a need to know;
  • issuers, asset owners, custodians, identity providers, regulated intermediaries, technology providers, or transaction counterparties when you direct or authorize the disclosure or when necessary for a requested evaluation;
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement, governmental authorities, sanctions authorities, or other parties when required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or the integrity of a process; and
  • a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, insolvency, or transfer of business assets, subject to legally required safeguards.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide, subject to their agreements and applicable law. We do not authorize them to use inquiry information for their own unrelated marketing.

07

No sale, behavioral advertising, or financial incentive

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the website to serve targeted advertising, or offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before applying the new practice.

08

Cookies and similar technologies

The current website does not use advertising cookies or analytics pixels. Hosting, security, and access-control providers may use strictly necessary cookies or comparable technologies to deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, and preserve authorized access. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, an opt-out preference signal does not change those practices; we will process legally recognized signals as required if the site's practices change.

09

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and consistent with applicable law. Retention criteria include the status and duration of an inquiry or engagement, recordkeeping and professional obligations, security and fraud-prevention needs, limitation periods, legal holds, dispute resolution, and the requirements of controlling agreements.

Inactive website inquiry records are ordinarily reviewed for deletion after 24 months from the last substantive interaction unless an active or anticipated engagement, legal duty, security need, dispute, investigation, or preservation requirement supports longer retention. Hosting and security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods determined by the relevant service provider and incident-response needs.

10

Security and data minimization

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards reasonably designed for the nature of the information and the risks presented, and we seek to limit collection to information relevant to a legitimate purpose. No transmission, email system, storage environment, blockchain, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a secure channel and withholding sensitive information until an appropriate diligence process or written information-sharing protocol is established.

11

International processing

Vanward Global is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where authorized service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism for the relevant processing activity.

12

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about categories, sources, purposes, and recipients. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request, use an authorized agent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights may be limited by identity verification, legal exceptions, the rights of others, privileged material, security requirements, and recordkeeping obligations.

Submit a request to info@vanward.global with the subject "Privacy Request," or call 561-839-3146. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, jurisdiction, and the records involved. An authorized agent must provide proof of authority, and we may verify the request directly with you. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13

Children

This website is intended for institutional and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

14

Third-party links

Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience. Their privacy, security, and data practices are controlled by their respective operators. Review the applicable third-party notice before providing information or using an external service.

15

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website, business practices, service providers, or law. The revised Policy will be posted with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
