Asset-derived
The valuation begins with independent asset evidence—not enterprise projections, promoter assumptions, or forecast income.
1RWA.ioDigital Title InfrastructureOfficial OneRWA™ token valuation engine
RWAValuator™ establishes the defensible, asset-derived value of a real-world asset prepared for tokenization—and renders the assessment as an institutional valuation report before token launch.
Institutional valuation before issuance
RWAValuator™ gives asset owners, underwriters, counsel, custodians, and other counterparties a shared valuation record before an asset enters the OneRWA™ issuance and lifecycle environment. The valuation can also stand independently when the owner elects not to tokenize.
The valuation begins with independent asset evidence—not enterprise projections, promoter assumptions, or forecast income.
Inputs are tied to the recognized appraisal, reserve, commodity, legal, and risk standards applicable to the asset.
Identical evidence and inputs produce the same valuation, narrative, and indicative token price.
Qualified-person evidence and class-specific documentation requirements must be satisfied before the model proceeds.
The output is an indicative valuation as of a stated date—not a market price, offer, recommendation, or return forecast.
Transparent valuation logic
The engine follows a fixed, auditable chain. It establishes an asset-derived gross value, deducts documented encumbrances and obligations, applies each permitted adjustment once in a controlled order, evaluates only qualifying conditional enhancements, and divides the resulting value by the issuer-defined token supply.
Three bounded scenarios and one-at-a-time sensitivity analysis identify where valuation variance concentrates, helping diligence teams focus on the evidence that matters most.
Institutional coverage
The current framework covers twenty-eight subcategories across eight jurisdictional frameworks and seventeen selectable legal classifications. New classes enter only after their standards, evidence gates, and calibration basis are formally documented.
Hydrocarbons, precious metals, industrial minerals, rare earths, aggregates, stored agricultural commodities, refined petroleum products, and eligible water rights.
Commercial, residential, land, specialty, and infrastructure assets supported by appropriate title and independent valuation evidence.
Fine art, jewellery and gemstones, timepieces, wine and spirits, vehicles, numismatics, and antiquities.
Renewable generation, power infrastructure, and other eligible energy or environmental assets.
Trade instruments, receivables, streaming interests, and royalty interests with documented counterparties and rights.
Patents, trademarks, and copyrights assessed against the evidence and standards applicable to intangible assets.
Official OneRWA™ valuation layer
RWAValuator™ is deliberately separable from the layers that follow it. An asset can be valued without being tokenized; when an owner proceeds, the same disciplined valuation record can feed the OneRWA™ and Cachette™ structuring process.
Establishes the defensible value of the asset and issues the institutional valuation report.
Performs legal perfection and subdivision of title into individually perfected Smart Titles.
Issues the token on the client-selected chain through a chain-agnostic implementation pathway.
Maintains the registry of record independently of any single chain or execution vendor.
Institutional output
The issued report presents the valuation summary, asset identification, legal classification, jurisdiction and risk profile, valuation basis, adjustment analysis, token pricing scenarios, sensitivity analysis, encumbrance schedule, document readiness, neutrality statement, attestation, and a complete input appendix.
